was published today (January 20, 2010) in the Official Gazette the decree on the determination of availability of slots for civil servants in the absence illness.
The decretoche enter into force on February 4, 2010.

Here a summary of the decree: Article 1

: Timezones and search
1. In case of absence due to illness, the availability times of employees of public administrations are fixed at the following times: from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 18. The requirement also exists in the availability of non-working days and holidays.

Article 2: Exceptions from the availability
1. Are excluded from the obligation to respect the MPLOYEES availability times for which no etymology is traced back to one of the following circumstances:
a) serious illnesses that require life-saving therapies;
b) Accidents at work;
c) diseases for which has been recognized as the cause of service;
d) or underlying disease states related to the situation of a recognized disability.
2. Are Also excluded are employees in respect of which tax has already been carried out the survey for the period specified in the certificate of prognosis.

This decree, bearing the seal of the State, will be included
in the official collection of normative acts of the Republic
Italian. E 'is mandatory for all to observe and to do so
observe.
