Yesterday a large group of volunteers and guests of Casa San Giuseppe was set to work working on the orchard for more than two hours! After the planting of potatoes last week, we passed this time in the preparation of flower beds, or rather cuiere.

Valerio explained the im portant to have the plants so that each has room to grow (such as onions and leeks in 4 rows, each plant sfa LAST one from the ' other and about 20 cm while the seedlings of lettuce and chard always staggered and arranged in three rows). We have to plant them
