Visita didattica alle cuiere


Il 19, 20 e 21 ottobre, abbiamo accolto a braccia aperte i bambini della scuola d'infanzia di Vallenoncello, accompagnati dalle loro insegnanti.

Sotto la guida delle "nostre maestre", le volontarie Milena, Mara e Daliah, l'allegro gruppo ha potuto scoprire i prodotti che la terra ci regala nella stagione autunnale, ammirandone i colori (l'arancio acceso delle zucche, il giallo paglierino dei cachi!), gli intensi odori delle erbe aromatiche del nostro Giardino dei Profumi e le varietà di ortaggi e frutti che, pur passata la stagione calda, l'orto continua a offrirci.

I nostri piccoli amici si sono divertiti a raccogliere zucche e pannocchiette e a incollare i semi delle une e delle altre in un disegno, che ognuno ha portato via con sè in memory of these wonderful hours spent together.

2 uova

250 gr. zucchero

1 pizzico di sale

1 bustina di lievito


PREPARAZIONE:

Far ammorbidire il burro.

Ridurre the radicchio into strips
